A politically motivated spree shooting has left two people dead and two others injured.
Suspect identified as 57-year-old Vance Boelter (pictured R).
Democratic State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband were killed, Minnesota Senator John Hoffman and his wife were seriously injured by multiple gunshots.
The suspect impersonated a police officer, wearing a replica uniform and drove a replica police car (black SUV with police lights)
"The suspect is a white man with brown hair wearing black body armor over a blue shirt and blue pants and he may be impersonating law enforcement."
A shootout between the suspect and law enforcement occurred when police arrived outside the Hortman residence. The suspect retreated back into the house and managed to escape through the back and remains on the run. His vehicle was abandoned.
A bunch of No Kings flyers were found in his vehicle and a manifesto with a 'hit-list'.
So-called 'hit-list' included over 70 names and included abortion providers.
The shooter was last sighted at 03:35 a.m. local time.
